Our Journey:
From Inception to Innovation

Pre-2018: The Early Years

Tim and Danny build their careers in the beverage distribution industry.

  • Danny gains 20 years of experience working with a leading beer distributor, mastering the intricacies of the industry
  • Tim begins his journey in wholesale distribution, spending over a decade refining his skills across both beer and soft drink sectors

2000s – 2017: Expanding Horizons

  • Tim transitions from hands-on distribution to project and technology consulting, where he’s tasked with starting a distribution technology practice at a large consulting firm
  • Danny is Tim’s first hire, and quickly proves to be a key asset in delivering enterprise-level operational and technology project consulting

2018-2021: The Foundation of BDC

  • July 2018: BDC is founded by Danny Kindle, beginning with a major Bottler Warehouse Management System (WMS) project
  • October 2019: BDC enters into a strategic partnership with Coca-Cola North America for a Bottler Inventory Optimization Pilot Program, marking the company’s first major corporate partnership

2019-2022: The Turning Point

  • Summer 2019: Danny reaches out to Tim for assistance with some ongoing projects, and Tim begins helping with both the projects and the general operations of the business
  • 2021: The business begins to gain significant traction, particularly when Coca-Cola North America offers BDC additional business opportunities
  • August 2022: BDC evolves from a solo consultancy to BDC Inc., officially marking the partnership between Tim and Danny and expanding the company’s service offerings

2023 and Beyond:
Innovation and Growth

  • July 2023: BDC begins innovative product and service planning, positioning itself as a leader in the industry
  • October 2023: BDC showcases its capabilities at the National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) conference, increasing its visibility and industry footprint
  • December 2023: BDC secures its first co-sourcing and outsourcing agreements, expanding its team and resources, and setting the stage for continued growth
